Thank you for your interest in doing business with Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). Using this system, you can:

  • Apply for Small Business Concern (SBC) registration
  • If you are already a registered SBC, complete necessary forms to maintain or update registration information

If you apply for SBC registration or are submitting your annual update, you may be required to submit additional supporting documentation to ADOT to verify your firm's eligibility. Any false or misleading information submitted by applicants will be grounds for denial, removal and/or prosecution.

To register as an SBC, a company must:

  1. Meet the Small Business Administration size standard set for their particular industry. The average annual income requirements are set forth in the SBA Size Standard Table available at http://www.sba.gov/content/small-business-size-standards.
  2. Be a for-profit business registered to do business in Arizona

After logging in to your account, you will be directed to the SBC registration form. You can also click the Apply for Certification link on the right side of the first page.

Because the alerts have been disabled, your confirmation action cannot be captured and we cannot proceed with this process.
To clear this issue and get you on your way, it will be necessary to (1) log-off, (2) log back in, and (3) return to this process. In some cases, it may be necessary to completely close this Internet browser and other related windows after you logoff to fully clear the setting.
