OJT Contract Compliance

Contractors report and monitor OJT Trainees and hours in the newest OJT module in the ADOT DBE and OJT System for contracts advertised after February 1st, 2020.

Here contractors will electronically report and monitor the following OJT submittals:

• Training Commitment/Schedule
• Trainee Enrollment/Carryover for each trainee/apprentice
• Trainee Progression/Level-up
• Trainee Status Change(s): Change of Craft, Graduate, Resign, Terminate
• Monthly Reporting for Trainee hours completed
• Project Completion/Banking
• Good Faith Efforts (if applicable) if unable to meet the assessed OJT Goal
